Satavahana University second convocation: Arrangements reviewed for Governor’s visit to Karimnagar on November 7

The second convocation of Satavahana University, Karimnagar, will be held on the university campus in Karimnagar on November 7.

According to university sources, Governor Jishnu Dev Varma, who is also the Chancellor of Satavahana University, will be the chief guest and deliver the convocation address.

The Governor will confer Ph.D. degrees and gold medals to students on the occasion.

Later, he will inaugurate the seminar hall on the varsity campus.

Meanwhile, Karimnagar Collector Pamela Satpathy on Tuesday reviewed the arrangements for the Governor’s visit at a meeting held at the Collectorate here.

Satavahana University Vice Chancellor Prof. U. Umesh Kumar and others were present.
