The Supreme Court on Monday upheld the Karnataka High Court’s decision to quash summons issued to Parvathi Siddaramaiah, wife of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, in connection with the MUDA plot allotment case. The apex court dismissed the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) plea challenging the High Court’s order, thereby granting relief to Parvathi in the ongoing investigation.
