The foundation for a 60-room school, dining hall and anganwadi centre was laid at Kollur 2BHK Colony on Monday (November 3, 2025). Arrangements would be made in a week for a police outpost there. Defunct CCTV cameras should be repaired, said Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy after laying the foundation stone along with Health Minister C Damodar Raja Narasimha.

Responding to the request of people for bus services to Nampally, Charminar and other parts of Hyderabad, Mr. Reddy said that the public transport would be made available in a few days. Mr. Raja Narsimha said a six-bed health facility would be set up there by Sankranti festival.

Urging people in the colony not to sell their flat, Telangana Housing Corporation secretary V.P. Gautham said that the price of flats in commercial markets would be over ₹40 lakh. The Ministers, along with Sangareddy District Collector P. Pravinya, inspected the works pertaining to the primary health centre in Tellapur 2 BHK colony.
