American actor Scott Wold has finally broken his silence after his split with his wife of 21 years, Kelley Wolf. He shared in a recent statement that his ex-partner has made a lot of “baseless” and “false” rumors and allegations about him.

Scott Wolf calls out ex-wife for false allegations

The actor recently sat down for a talk with People, where he delved into his relationship with his ex, Kelly Wolf, and how she has made serious yet false and disturbing claims and allegations about him to the public. He shared during the interview, “There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved.

I was informed of some deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations that were made about me by my estranged wife”.According to the report, Kelly had made claims through text messages about how she was going to make up things about the actor. Wolf delved into the matter, saying, “I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to 'make claims' about me, although she also admitted, 'I do not believe they’re true,' in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a ‘battle’ in court, and in the court of public opinion”.

He also shared the text messages as proof to ensure that whatever she says does not stand up in public.

Kelly Wolf’s statement on the matter

Kelly Wolf also shared her side of the story and refuted all claims. She said, "I will be very clear when I say this: I don’t believe that Scott would [abuse our children]. I’ve lost my career, my reputation, my children, my integrity, my honor, my devotion to my marriage. As a parent, I have literally lost everything except my life.

I’ve done everything strategic, and I’m hopeful for my children”.

Why did the actor choose to go public about the issue?

While mentioning the need to go public about his statement, the actor shared how even though he had wished for this matter to remain as private as possible, his children's and their well-being are at stake. For them, he thought it necessary to take this drastic step. He stated, “Although her claims are completely baseless and incredibly dangerous, the worst part is that they are traumatic for our children”.Previously, Scott had been officially granted a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelly Wolf. He was also granted custody of their three children: Jackson, Miller, and Lucy, with Kelly having supervised visitation with them.
