This service is provided by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for both smart and feature phone users, enabling access to banking services.
What is the offline UPI number
The offline UPI payment number is *99#. This number allows users to perform transactions without an active data connection. The service operates nationwide in collaboration with 83 banks and 4 telecom service providers, which is available in 13 languages, including English and Hindi.To use it, dial *99# from your registered mobile number and follow the interactive on-screen menu. How to set up offline UPI payments
