BENGALURU: Logistics firm Shadowfax Technologies has raised Rs 856 crore from anchor investors, a day before its IPO opens for public subscription, according to a stock exchange filing.
The company allotted 6.9 crore equity shares to 39 anchor investors at Rs 124 each, the upper end of the IPO price band.Domestic mutual funds accounted for about 53% of the anchor allocation, with shares worth Rs 455.7 crore. Nine mutual fund houses participated through 20 schemes.
