In response to the growing political storm, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has termed the issue 'serious' and ordered a high-level probe, leading to the suspension of a sub-registrar and tehsildar. Ajit Pawar has publicly distanced himself from the deal, stating he has no connection to it.
