HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?

The Shillong Teer lottery consists of two rounds of archery, each lasting just two minutes. In the first round, archers shoot 30 arrows, followed by 20 arrows in the second round. Participants place their bets by predicting the total number of arrows that will hit the target in each round. Winners are determined based on the accuracy of these predictions.

Tickets are available in denominations of ₹1, ₹5, ₹10, ₹20, and ₹50, sold through authorised vendors. The prize money varies depending on the ticket value and the precision of the prediction. For instance, a ₹1 ticket can fetch ₹80 for a correct first-round guess, ₹60 for the second round, and up to ₹4,000 for predicting both rounds accurately. In addition to Shillong Teer, several other archery-based lottery games are played across Meghalaya.
