Flight AI171, bound for London, crashed on June 12, 2025, less than a minute after takeoff from Ahmedabad, killing 241 of the 242 people on board and 19 people on the ground.

Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau on Friday said that it was still analysing evidence and results from examinations into last year’s crash of an Air India Boeing 787 and that a final report would be released only after all investigative work and required international consultations were completed.
