Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz have dominated men’s tennis, splitting all Grand Slams since 2024 and winning every tournament they both entered, cementing a new era of rivalry.

Gone are the days of the Big Three. The throne of men’s tennis now belongs to just two: Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz — a rivalry so dominant it’s reshaping the sport’s modern era.
Together, the pair, now dubbed “Sin-caraz" by fans, have turned tennis into a closed circuit.
Over the past two seasons, they’ve won every single Grand Slam, perfectly splitting the spoils: four each.
Men’s Grand Slam Champions (2024–2025)
| 2025 | US Open | Carlos Alcaraz | Jannik Sinner |
| 2025 | Wimbledon | Jannik Sinner | Carlos Alcaraz |
| 2025 | French Open | Carlos Alcaraz | Jannik Sinner |
| 2025 | Australian Open | Jannik Sinner | Alexander Zverev |
| 2024 | US Open | Jannik Sinner | Taylor Fritz |
| 2024 | Wimbledon | Carlos Alcaraz | Novak Djokovic |
| 2024 | French Open | Carlos Alcaraz | Alexander Zverev |
| 2024 | Australian Open | Jannik Sinner | Daniil Medvedev |
But the Grand Slams tell only half the story. The real shock lies in a staggering new statistic:
In every tournament this season where both Sinner and Alcaraz have played, no one else has won.
Not once. Not a single trophy.
There has not been a single tournament this year in men’s tennis that had both Sinner and Alcaraz play a match and was then won by a third person. That’s nutty, nutty stuff.

That’s how airtight their grip has become. Every draw that includes both men feels like a foregone conclusion, while everyone else is just fighting for scraps.
Even the ATP rankings show how vast the gulf is.
The world’s No. 1000 player is closer in points to No. 3 (Zverev) than Zverev is to No. 2 (Alcaraz).
The world’s number 1000 is closer to number 3, than number 3 is to number 2.5.536 vs. 5.690 points

And the rivalry isn’t slowing down.
Their next match-up in Turin will be one where the stakes couldn’t be higher: a fight to cement themselves as the World No. 1.

A fitting prelude, perhaps, to another year destined to be written in two names: Sinner. Alcaraz. Everyone else.
