Sonam Raghuvanshi Main Accused In 790-Page Chargesheet Filed In Honeymoon Murder Case

The chargesheet includes the names of five accused, including Sonam, the main accused, and Raj, Akash Rajput, Anand Kurmi and Vishal Singh Chauhan as the other four.

Sonam Raghuvanshi has been named as the main accused in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case in the 790-page chargesheet filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sohra Sub-Division Court.

The chargesheet also mentions four other accused, including Raj, Akash Rajput, Anand Kurmi and Vishal Singh Chauhan. All of the five accused in the case are currently in judicial custody and have been charged under sections 103 (I) for murder, 238 (a) for disappearance of evidence of offence, and 61 (2) for criminal conspiracy under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
