The industrial hub of Sri City located on the eastern-end of Tirupati district abutting Tamil Nadu gets its first direct bus connectivity to the metropolitan city of Bengaluru.

As Sri City has rapidly expanded into a major industrial and business hub, with a large number of the high-paid employees hailing from metropolitan cities, direct connectivity to Bengaluru was long awaited. Chennai, which is only 70 km away, is well connected by road and rail.

Go Tour Travels and Holidays launched a new daily air-conditioned bus service connecting Sri City and Bengaluru, which leaves Sri City at 8.30 p.m. to reach Bengaluru at 5.30 a.m. the next day.

In the return direction, the bus leaves Bengaluru at 9 p.m. to reach Sri City by 6 a.m. the next day. The route connects key locations like Tada, Sullurpeta, Naidupeta, Srikalahasti, Tirupati, Chittoor, Kolar and Hoskote. The bus will be parked at Sri City’s Zero Point to enable the passengers to board and alight. This facility is believed to not only significantly boost travel connectivity, but also offer convenience for commuters.
