SS Rajamouli's upcoming film with Mahesh Babu is generating buzz with a unique 'passport' entry for its 'Globetrotter' event tomorrow at Ramoji Film City. This innovative approach, inspired by a playful incident involving Mahesh Babu's passport, ensures controlled access for safety. The event, featuring the film's first glimpse and title, will be live-streamed.
The Globetrotter event of the SS Rajamouli directorial featuring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran will be held tomorrow at the Ramoji Film City. The ace filmmaker who is known for his innovative style in filmmaking, is also surprising fans with the marketing.
The director and his team have taken event hosting to a new level by issuing "passports" instead of traditional entry passes for the event.
A unique 'Passport' entry system
SS Rajamouli introduced this passport initiative, clarifying that while the event will be held in the open grounds of Ramoji Film City, entry will remain strictly controlled. Only those with the specially designed passports will be allowed inside, a measure put in place following recommendations from law enforcement to prevent overcrowding.
The filmmaker shared that this protocol is essential to ensure the safety and smooth movement of attendees.

What's inside the passport?
Each passport features the film's first glimpse alongside the caption: "Two years ago, we set out to chase the kind of stories that don’t have maps. Today that journey stands at the edge of history, unveiling the title and glimpse to welcome you into our world. Let's celebrate this moment together, safely and with pride."

Fans have been sharing the pictures of their "passports" on social media. The makers have chosen the yellow color on the cover and include a Trishul pendant, similar to what was seen in the earlier poster released by SS Rajamouli.
SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu's passport moment
Fans have been linking the passport from the time when SS Rajamouli comically took Mahesh Babu's passport during the early shooting stage of the film. It is portrayed as a humorous way to "cage the lion" from travelling, so that Mahesh Babu's full commitment and availability to the project will be ensured. A few days later, Mahesh Babu was seen playfully showing his passport, indicating he had gotten it back, and even flaunted it at the airport while going on a vacation before the film's Africa shooting schedule.
