Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Wednesday inaugurated a 230/33 kV gas-insulated sub-station installed in Ganesh Nagar by the TANGEDCO under the North Chennai Development Scheme at a cost of ₹110 crore.
During his visit to his Kolathur Assembly constituency, Mr. Stalin also inaugurated a water dispensing unit in a social justice hostel installed at a cost of ₹12 lakh. He also interacted with students and distributed sports materials.
Ministers K.N. Nehru, S.S. Sivasankar, P.K. Sekarbabu and Siva V. Meyyanathan; Chennai Mayor R. Priya; MPs Kalanidhi Veeraswamy and R. Girirajan; legislators Thayagam Kavi, A. Vetriazhagan, Joseph Samuel and senior officials were among those present.
