State govt. using Dastagiri murder case for political purposes, alleges YSRCP

The YSR Congress Party(YSRCP) on Wednesday accused the Andhra Pradesh government of indulging in “diversion politics” by highlighting the Dastagiri murder case to deflect attention from alleged governance failures.

Addressing the media at the party’s central office, YSRCP State general secretary Jupudi Prabhakar Rao alleged that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu was seeking to derive political mileage by attempting to link the case with the opposition.
