Strong surface winds up to 60 kmph likely in 13 Telangana districts on July 7

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast strong surface winds in 13 Telangana districts for Tuesday (July 7, 2026).

According to IMDs latest bulletin, strong surface winds up to 50 kmph to 60 kmph are very likely to prevail at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem and Khammam districts.

Hyderabad city and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a generally cloudy sky. “Light rain or drizzle accompanied with strong surface winds are very likely to occur in the city. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 30 and 24 respectively,” the bulletin said.
