Suicide IED Threat At Udyog Bhawan, CISF Directed To Take Urgent Action

The ministry directed the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) to take urgent and appropriate action right after Udyog Bhawan received threat.

A threatening message has reportedly been sent to the Secretary of Heavy Industries, warning of a possible suicide attack involving improvised explosive devices (IEDs) at the Udyog Bhawan premises on Friday.

Following the alert, the ministry directed the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) to take urgent and appropriate action, including evacuation of the premises by 3:15 PM the same day.
