The All India Democratic Students’ Organisation (AIDSO), in collaboration with Prof. Mookambika M., retired principal of BMS Degree College, donated a water purifier system and distributed uniforms to 200 students at the Government Higher Primary School, Madhuvanahalli, in Kollegal taluk of Chamarajanagar district.

Sandhya, representing the Mysuru district ASHA organisation, advised children to learn about the freedom movement, scientists, and great personalities, and urged them to study the pioneering work of Savitribai Phule in the field of education.

Anjali, AIDSO district co-convenor, noted that Madhuvanahalli Government Higher Primary School is one of the oldest schools in the district. She said the support extended to such schools is part of a Statewide initiative to save and strengthen government schools in Karnataka.

Calling upon students to emulate the ideals of leaders like Subhas Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, and Savitribai Phule, she urged them to unite and work together to safeguard and nurture government schools.
