Kylie Kelce is deep in NFL culture but still feels like she snuck in the side door. On a recent episode of “Green Light,” Jason Kelce’s wife admitted she was “sweating my absolute balls off” while interviewing Michelle Obama and called the whole thing an out-of-body gratitude moment she still replays in her head.In the same conversation, she shifted from fangirl to frustrated daughter-in-law. Kylie said she was “annoyed” that Donna Kelce was cast as a secret traitor on Season 4 of “The Traitors,” arguing the twist undercut how good her mother-in-law could have been if producers had just let her scheme out in the open.
Kylie Kelce calls Michelle Obama interview an ‘out-of-body’ moment she still sweats over
Kylie has already talked about the Michelle Obama episode of her podcast “Not Gonna Lie,” which dropped on March 20, but she went back to it when asked to rank her favorite guests on “Green Light.”
She said she still cannot believe she ended up on a call with the former First Lady.“I always have this out-of-body experience of like of gratitude. Because I have again no business being in the situations that I'm in. I have no business sweating my absolute balls off talking to Michelle Obama,” Kylie said, adding that she was obsessed with whether her upper lip sweat was visible the second they hung up.

Her list did not stop there. Kylie shouted out Bindi Irwin and admitted she grew up watching Steve Irwin on Animal Planet.
She also highlighted WNBA stars, saying “A'ja Wilson, was one recently, that was awesome,” and calling Paige Bueckers “incredible.” The mix fits how she runs “Not Gonna Lie”: part sports, part pop culture, part personal life.On a Feb. 18 episode, she defended skier Breezy Johnson’s fiancé Connor Watkins after he proposed right after Johnson’s Olympic gold run, calling the backlash ridiculous and saying, “what an incredible time.”
Earlier this month, on Feb. 8, she also weighed in on Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime message, praising how strong it felt on that stage.
Kylie Kelce takes issue with Donna Kelce’s ‘Traitors’ role while staying far away from reality TV herself
When the topic turned to Donna Kelce’s quick exit from Season 4 of “The Traitors,” Kylie did not hide how much the twist bothered her. Donna was sent home after just two and a half episodes on Jan. 14 once she was revealed as the secret traitor.“I'm annoyed that she was a secret traitor for some reason,” Kylie said on “Green Light.”
“So, for some reason, her being a secret traitor has irked me to a degree I can't explain. I wanted her to have her best chance to team up with people to really get a little sneaky with things. If she were a traitor but not the secret traitor, I think she would have nailed it because she's just too sweet.”That frustration does not mean Kylie wants her own shot at a reality paycheck. On the Jan. 29 episode of “Not Gonna Lie,” she shut down the idea of doing “Dancing with the Stars,” “The Traitors,” or “Family Feud,” joking about shows like “‘The Great British Bake Off,’ I don't know if that counts either,” before adding, “How about I know none, guys.
It's not an act. I don't want to be in front of a camera.”She is more comfortable talking about the parts of motherhood most people skip. In a recent “Green Light” appearance, former Philadelphia Eagles teammate Beau Allen asked if she could feel milk leaving her breasts while breastfeeding. Kylie answered in detail, explaining that a baby’s cry can trigger a letdown and that, “The key is, is that you don't feel it leaving your boob.
You do feel the let down and it feels like hot pins and needles to your nipple.
”Off the mic, the Kelces just wrapped a family trip to the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, which ended Feb. 22. On “Not Gonna Lie,” Kylie and Jason turned it into a game, matching each of their daughters to a winter sport. Jason picked figure skating for Wyatt and Bennett because they love to perform, while they floated snowboarding or even hockey for Elliotte, who Kylie said “marches to her own beat.”Kylie keeps saying she has “no business” in these rooms, yet she is the one driving the conversations that stick: sweating through a call with Michelle Obama, critiquing reality TV casting for Donna Kelce, and giving the most unfiltered explanation of breastfeeding an NFL audience has ever heard.
