Members of the Telangana Junior Doctors Association (T-JUDA) met Health Minister C. Damodar Raja Narasimha on Tuesday (November 4) and expressed their gratitude to the State government for reserving 85% of seats under the Postgraduate Management Quota-1 for local candidates.

The association described the move as the fulfilment of a long-standing aspiration of Telangana students, ensuring that opportunities within the State remain accessible to its own candidates. The association also noted that Telangana continues to stand apart as one of the few States that has not lost any Undergraduate or Postgraduate medical seats during the recent National Medical Commission (NMC) assessment and approval process.
