In the footage, the car, bearing a police sticker, can be seen with tape covering two digits of its number plates.
The passerby initially approached the occupant of the vehicle politely to ask about the taped digits. The man responded that it was his choice. He claimed to be from UP but refused to confirm if he was a police officer, appearing indifferent to the queries.Later, another young man attempted to remove the tape from the number plates. At this point, the vehicle occupant stepped out and pushed him, sparking heated arguments with onlookers. One of them reportedly lodged a complaint with the police at the CP office, but as shown in the video, received little assistance.
