Patna: Opposition’s CM face Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Saturday promised to provide jobs to youths irrespective of caste or creed, asserting that the formation of INDIA bloc govt would mean a “job guarantee” for all the young population.Addressing as many as 18 election rallies in various parts of the state in the day, Tejashwi promised to carry all castes and religions together to build a new Bihar where unemployment would not be an issue.“Sarkar bante hi khatakhat bahali hone lagega. Jis mobile se abhi aap recording kar rahe hain, usi mobile mein naukari ka message aane lagega (As soon as the govt is formed, there will be a flurry of appointments. The same cellphone you are using to record the rally will start receiving job messages),” Tejashwi told an election rally in Jehanabad on Saturday, asking the youths to raise their hands to know how many of them want govt jobs.Even as the youths promptly raised their hands, the RJD leader asked them to switch on their cellphone lights as a mark of blessings, saying Sunday is his birthday. “I want your blessings to uproot the ‘ineffective’ regime and form a govt which provides jobs to the youths,” he said, adding that Tejashwi meant commitments. He claimed during the 17-month-old Grand Alliance govt in Bihar, they provided govt service to five lakh people while 3.50 lakh jobs were put in process.
He also announced to credit the entire annual financial aid of Rs30,000 to the women’s accounts in Jan next year if voted to power, adding this amount is “not refundable”. He claimed people from every caste and community will benefit when the new govt provides jobs to youths.
