The heavy rain forecast for Telangana continues. India Meteorological Department (IMD) in its bulletin has predicted that the weather condition is very likely at isolated places in Nirmal, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and Jogulamba Gadwal on Saturday (June 14, 2025). 

Besides, thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds (40-50 kmph) are very likely at isolated places across the State. 

Generally cloudy sky might envelop Hyderabad and its surrounding areas over the next 24 hours, according to the IMD’s bulletin issued on Friday (June 13, 2025) afternoon. “Light to moderate rain or thundershowers, at times intense spells accompanied with gusty winds(40-50 kmph), are very likely to occur in the city. Hazy conditions are very likely to prevail during morning hours. Maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 32C and 23C respectively,” it added, 

On Thursday, the highest rainfall of 106.8 mm was recorded in Jadcherla (Mahabubnagar). The highest maximum temperature of 38.9C was registered in Kattangoor (Nalgonda).
