On social media, his team announced that the actor turned politician has been suffering from fever for the last two days. In an official statement, his PRO on Twitter wrote in Telugu, which, loosely translated into English, reads, "Deputy Chief Minister of the State, Sri Pawan Kalyan, has fallen ill with a viral fever. Sri Pawan Kalyan has been suffering from fever for the past two days.
Despite the fever, he attended Assembly meetings on Monday and conducted reviews with officials.
The severity of the fever increased from Monday night."
They later stated that the doctors have advised the Power Star to take rest after conducting the tests. He is said to be handling his political responsibilities virtually. "In this context, doctors have conducted tests and are providing treatment. They have advised rest.
