The many moods of Lord Ganesha — playful, wise, and infinite — find new expression in Anantam Vinayakam, an ongoing exhibition at Lalit Kala Akademi, Rabindra Bhavan, New Delhi, from November 6 to 12, 2025.
The show brings together a vibrant collection of paintings, sketches, and mixed-media works that celebrate Ganesha as a timeless symbol of renewal, knowledge, and creativity. Kerala-based artist, sculptor, and muralist Prasanth A V draws from the rich visual language of traditional Kerala murals to create works that are both devotional and contemporary. Through vivid colours, flowing lines, and layered textures, Prasanth captures the many faces and forms of Ganesha — from the mischievous child-god to the cosmic guardian of wisdom.
His art serves as a bridge between mythology and modern visual storytelling, inviting viewers to see the deity as a source of creative energy and inspiration that continues to evolve.
