The final trailer for the much-awaited fantasy film dropped during a CinemaCon presentation. A total of three trailers other than this one have already been released to the public; however, netizens have been raving about the latest drop. Many have pointed out that the teaser focuses more on the father-son bond that Pedro Pascal's Din Djarin and Grogu share, which is something that they look forward to seeing on the big screen.The trailer starts with the monologue: “The old protect the young...
and then the young protect the old.” The trailer continues to show clips and video footage of the Mandalorian and Grogu travelling far and wide and encountering the unlikeliest of enemies. In the trailer, Sigourney Weaver’s Colonel Ward presents a question to Din Djarin: ‘What will he (Grogu) do if he is not there to protect him?’ She also points out that the bounty hunter has gone good and is on the hunt for the imperial lords because it will prevent another devastating war from happening.
Beyond all of this, the film also explores more about other characters, including ‘Clone Wars’ bounty hunter Embo and ‘Star Wars Rebels’ Zeb Orrelios. Fans have been raving about how the latest trailer explores the beloved duo’s bond in great depth, and that they cannot wait for the release of the film next month. ‘The Mandalorian and Grogu’ is all set and ready to hit theatres on May 22 this year.
