This train won’t arrive at Coimbatore Jn on two days

COIMBATORE: Southern Railway has announced changes in train services to facilitate track renewal work at the Podanur railway yard.In a press release, Salem Railway Division stated that train no. 16722 Madurai–Coimbatore Express, scheduled to depart from Madurai at 7.05am, would be short-terminated at Pollachi on July 29 and 31.

Train no. 16721 Coimbatore–Madurai Express, scheduled to depart from Coimbatore at 2.30pm, would instead leave from Pollachi at 3.30pm on July 29.
