The Tirupati chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) formally opened the ‘Property Expo 2025’ at SHREE Convention Hall on Friday.
The three-day event was inaugurated by MLAs Arani Srinivasulu (Tirupati) and Gali Bhanuprakash (Nagari), in the presence of CREDAI chairman Gopinath, president Ram Prasad, vice-president A. Rajasekhar Babu, secretary Narasimha Reddy, and treasurer Hari Krishna. Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Srinivasulu said that lands marked under 22A would soon be cleared and made available to Tirupati residents. Mr. Bhanuprakash noted that the reduction in GST on various construction materials would benefit prospective homeowners. Both legislators assured CREDAI of the NDA government’s support.
Former MLA and Andhra Pradesh Greening and Beautification Corporation Chairperson M. Sugunamma also visited the stalls, appreciating the way diverse housing products and services were showcased on a single platform.
The expo will continue until September 7.
