TikToker Khaby was detained for overstaying visa, now he has departed US, confirms ICE

The immigration department confirmed that ICE detained Serine Khabane Lame, popularly known as Khaby, at the Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, for immigration violations, after such claims went viral with any official clarification.

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Khaby entered the US April 30 and overstayed the terms of his visa. Khaby was granted voluntary departure June 6 and has since departed the US.
