Triple H posts Kill Tony (Image via X)
Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe has a new special out - Kill Tony, which he will be performing at the Madison Square Garden in New York and will be streamed on Netflix. And congratulating him on his success, WWE Chief of Content and former wrestling superstar, Paul "Triple H" Levesque, recently shared a post on his Instagram account.
But all eyes are on Levesque, as many fans think he also used this post to take a dig at his AEW rival - Tony Khan.
Triple H congratulates Tony Hinchcliffe but Tony Khan also gets dragged into chaos
Paul Levesque, aka Triple H, recently took to his Instagram account to post about Kill Tony, the Netflix special that Tony Hinchcliffe has going on at Madison Square Garden in New York. He shared the same post on X, with a photo of Kill Tony's promotional material, writing:"Getting the chance to perform at @TheGarden is a life-changing moment for anyone’s career.
Seeing your name on that marquee again means “you’ve made it.” Congratulations @TonyHinchcliffe on your new special and continued success. From the World's Most Famous Arena directly to your home ONLY on @netflix. #KillTony"
But the comments section is filled with fans saying Triple H has a hidden meaning behind the post - to mock AEW's CEO and President - Tony Khan. Khan has found a lot of success with All Elite Wrestling - a pretty new promotion that has been growing in leaps with every year. And a lot of wrestlers, who were once a proud part of the WWE, joined AEW after leaving the Stamford-based promotion.
And this, many say, doesn't sit too well with Levesque.
Fans are going wild in Triple H's comment section
From a "I thought you was talking about @tonykhan" to another "Bro was giggling posting this" followed by a string of crying emojis - the fans are going absolutely wild in the comment section of Triple H's Instagram post. Someone even wrote, "This post has a subliminal message," saying what everyone has been thinking since the post. Whether Triple H really had a hidden meaning behind his post, or it was just a simple message, congratulating his friend Tony Hinchcliffe, fans would never truly know. Unless, of course, he takes the mic and lets everyone know!
