Tragic Head-On Collision in Gumla: Two Young Men Killed and Four Injured

Gumla: Two men were killed, and four others were injured when two bikes collided head-on near Pasanga village under Sadar police station limits on Thursday night. The injured are being treated at Gumla sadar hospital.

The deceased, both in their early twenties, were identified as Ramesh Oraon of Basua village and Santosh Gope of Pasanga village. The injured are Kartik Oraon (18) and Kheto Oraon (20) hailed from Badua village, while two others are Roju Oraon and Ropna Panna of Kumbhatoli village. Gauri Oraon, the mukhiya of Basua village, said, “Ramesh, Kartik and Kheto were on one bike and were returning to their homes when their vehicle hit another bike coming from the opposite direction at high speed.” Santosh, the other deceased, was riding the other bike along with Roju and Ropna.
