Taylor Swift’s Opalite song
The song is about two lonely people living identical lives, miles apart, with inanimate objects as partners. They meet through Opalite, a revolutionary fix that turns problems into paradise.
The spray brings them together and their inanimate objects together. The duo decides to attend a dance competition. Every judge is bored watching them. Like the others in the clip, Barrie Reynolds was told to give them a zero. However, he told Kent he found the song catchy, even though he scored them a zero. This song is also the Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end’s favorite track.

The 11-time Pro Bowler admitted during a Sept. 2025 episode of New Heights podcast that he kept listening to “The Life of a Showgirl” album [parent album of Opalite song].
He danced throughout the house to the songs, but “Opalite” stood out. “I think Opalite might be my favorite, though…at least now, every time it comes on, I always catch myself,” Kelce shared.Swift also said during her appearance on “The Graham Norton Show” that her father, Scott Kingsley Swift, was excited about “Opalite,” and it was Travis’ favorite. Speaking about the song, Swift connected it to Kelce’s October 5 birthstone, ‘opal.’ “I had written down the word ‘opalite’ because I learned that it’s actually a man-made opal,” Swift said. “Opal can be man-made just like diamonds. Travis’ birthstone is an opal.”
