Trump's ‘BullSh*t’ Remark Triggers Putin As Russia Fires 700 Drones On Ukraine Overnight

Russia fired over 700 drones and more than 10 missiles into Ukraine, in its largest aerial attack since the beginning of war in February 2022.

Russia pounded Ukraine with over 700 drones and 13 missiles in its largest drone attack since the beginning of the war, Ukraine’s Air Force said on Wednesday.

At least one individual was killed in the district of Khmelnytskyi in the attack, which came soon after US President Donald Trump vowed to extend more military aid to Ukraine, while accusing Vladimir Putin of “throwing bullsh*t" over peace talks.

Kyiv officials said that at least 711 drones out of the incoming 728 were intercepted and that at least seven missiles were destroyed. Ukraine retaliated against the attack with 86 drones headed towards Russia.

The attack overtook the previous record of the largest number of projectiles launched by Russia, which dispatched 550 drones into Ukraine on July 4.

“This is a demonstrative attack, and it comes at a time when there have been so many attempts to achieve peace and ceasefire, but Russia rejects everything," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Telegram.

The Russian attack on the city of Lutsk in northwestern Ukraine was so strong that Poland had to send its military planes into the air, CNN reported.

“Almost everything was heading toward Lutsk," said Ivan Rudnitskyi, head of the military administration in the Volyn region, where Lutsk is located, on Telegram.

Russia launched a new attack on Ukraine just two days after President Trump criticised Putin for not being serious about making peace and promised stronger support for Ukraine.

“We get a lot of bullsh*t thrown at us by Putin, if you want to know the truth. He’s very nice all of the time, but it turns out to be meaningless," Trump said during a Cabinet meeting.
