The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad has officially released the counselling schedule for the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2025.

As per the announcement, the online registration for the counselling process will commence from June 14, 2025. Candidates seeking lateral entry into engineering and pharmacy courses can access the detailed schedule and relevant notifications by visiting the official TS ECET counselling portal at tgecet.nic.in.The TS ECET 2025 is conducted for diploma and B.Sc. (Mathematics) degree holders aspiring to gain lateral admission into second-year B.E.,

B.Tech, and B.Pharmacy courses in the state of Telangana.

TS ECET 2025 counselling: Steps to register

Candidates can follow the steps below to register for the TS ECET 2025, once the window opens: Step 1. Go to tgecet.nic.in and click on “Candidate Registration.”Step 2. Enter your Hall Ticket Number, Rank, and Date of Birth, then pay the processing fee online.S

tep 3. After fee payment, select a Help Line Centre (HLC) and book a date and time for verification.Step 4. Visit HLC with original documents and photocopies on your booked date for document verification.Step 5. Choose and freeze your preferred colleges and courses before the deadline.

TS ECET 2025 counselling: Key dates and process

The counselling process for TS ECET 2025 will begin with the online submission of basic information, payment of processing fees, and slot booking. This phase will be open from June 14 to June 18, 2025. Candidates who have booked their slots must attend certificate verification between June 17 and June 19, 2025.Following verification, candidates will be required to freeze their preferred options by June 21, 2025. The provisional allotment of seats will be announced on or before June 25, 2025. Once seat allotments are declared, candidates must complete the payment of tuition fees and self-report through the website between June 25 and June 29, 2025.

TS ECET 2025 counselling: Spot admissions for private colleges

The guidelines for spot admissions into private unaided engineering and B.Pharmacy colleges will be made available on the official website on July 22, 2025.

The final deadline for completing these spot admissions has been set for July 29, 2025.Students are advised to adhere strictly to the timeline and regularly check the official website for updates and further instructions regarding seat allotment, fee payment, and reporting procedures.
