TUDA starts e-auction of plots at Padmavathi Nagar Layout

The Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA) on Thursday (September 04, 2025) started the 13th phase of e-auction for the plots at Padmavathi Nagar Layout near Surappakasam on the highway between Tiruchanur to Renigunta.

TUDA Secretary N.V. Sreekanth Babu supervised the e-auction process in the presence of Land Acquisition Officer S. Sujana and ICICI bank representative Praveen at TUDA office on Thursday.

Mr. Sreekanth Babu said that 277 plots are vacant out of 985 plots developed in an extent of 145 acres of land. The e-auction will be conducted till September 17, 2025. He asked the interested bidders to register their names by paying ₹1,000 through their website. The basic price was fixed at ₹14,000 per each sq. yard.

The average sizes of LIG plots are 160 square yards, MIG plots 267 square yards and HIG plots 360 square yards. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for participating in the e-auction for LIG plots is ₹50,000, MIG plots ₹one lakh and HIG plots ₹two lakh.

The TUDA Secretary said that the income generated will be utilised for improving various basic infrastructure facilities across the city.
