TVS Motor Company has introduced limited-edition versions of its entire Apache range to commemorate 20 years of the Apache series. The lineup includes the RTR 160, RTR 160 4V, RTR 180, RTR 200 4V, RTR 310 and RR 310.

Alongside, the RTR 160 4V and RTR 200 4V have also been updated with new range-topping variants featuring additional equipment. First introduced in 2005, the TVS Apache series has followed a ‘Track-to-Road’ approach, adapting racing technologies from TVS Racing for everyday use.For the 20th anniversary, the special-edition Apaches carry a black-and-champagne gold livery with a commemorative logo. Updates include the first-ever USB charger offered on the Apache range and dual-tone black-and-gold alloy wheels on the RTR 160 to 200 4V models.

The overall design remains consistent with their standard counterparts.

Prices

The new flagship trims of the RTR 160 4V and RTR 200 4V replace the previous USD-fork LCD display models at the top of the range. Key updates include a projector headlamp with integrated LED DRLs, a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and voice assist, and traction control. Colour options have also been revised, with the RTR 160 4V now offered in Racing Red, Marine Blue and Matte Black, while the RTR 200 4V is available in Matte Black and Granite Grey.

Prices for the new top-spec RTR 160 4V start at Rs 1.48 lakh, while the RTR 200 4V is listed at Rs 1.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). These represent a premium of Rs 8,000 and Rs 6,000 respectively over the earlier top variants. The 20th anniversary editions carry an additional Rs 3,000 over standard models.

The TVS Apache RTR 160 is equipped with a 159.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled SOHC engine producing 16.4hp and 13.85Nm of torque. The RTR 160 4V gets an oil-cooled motor that delivers 17.55hp and 14.73Nm. Moving up the range, the RTR 180 features a 177.4cc oil-cooled engine, generating 17.02hp and 15.5Nm. The RTR 200 4V comes with a 197.75cc unit, offering 20.82hp and 17.25Nm. At the top end, the RTR 310 and RR 310 share a 312.12cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine.

The RTR 310 produces 35hp and 28.7Nm, while the RR 310 is tuned higher, making 38hp and 29Nm.
