'Twilight Saga' star Robert Pattinson set to be a part of ‘Dune 3’, actor confirms his role as antagonist

Robert Pattinson confirms villain role in ‘Dune 3’

Recently, the star opened up about his upcoming film ‘Die, My Love’ with co-star Jennifer Lawrence, as well as some of his future projects. The star confirmed in an interview with IndieWire that he had been filming for his role in ‘Dune 3’ recently, and that shooting in a desert had been a “relaxing” experience for him as well.He further added, “It’s actually really nice. When I was doing Dune, it was so hot in the desert that I just couldn’t question anything, and it was so relaxing, like my brain actually wasn’t operating; I did not have a single functioning brain cell. And I was just listening to Denis [Villeneuve]: ‘Whatever you want!’”When asked about whether he will be playing the role of a villain, the actor simply replied by saying yes, ensuring to keep the major details under wraps.

Fellow star Lawrence, who was also present during the interview, then proceeded to joke and call the ‘Remember Me’ actor a “busy boy” due to his jam-packed schedule. The rumours of him being a part of 'Dune 3' initially began in April, and later in June-July, when the filming for the third installment had started, fans shared leaked photos of him arriving on the set.
