Two children drown in lake in Karnataka’s Nanjangud

Two children who went for a swim in a lake in Badanavalu village in Nanjangud taluk, drowned on Saturday.

The victims were identified as Mohit, 8, and Arya, 9. Both of them belonged to the same village. While Mohit was studying in the third standard, Arya was a student of fourth standard in a local school. Kavalande police have registered a case for further investigation.
