The Miami Dolphins have made their position clear on Tyreek Hill, shutting down speculation that the All-Pro wide receiver could be on the trade block. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Dolphins have not received a single inquiry from other teams and currently have no plans to deal the star wideout despite his recent frustrations.

Adam Schefter shuts down Tyreek Hill trade talk, says Dolphins have no plans to move WR

Hill, known league-wide for his explosive speed and big-play ability, hasn’t looked like the same game-breaker lately. He hasn’t recorded a reception of 30 yards or more in over a year, a stunning statistic for a receiver who built his reputation on stretching defenses. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that despite Hill’s struggles, the Dolphins have not received any trade inquiries and currently have no plans to move him, signaling Miami’s commitment to keeping him in the fold."To date, the Dolphins haven’t received any calls from other teams interested in WR Tyreek Hill and they currently have no plans to trade him, per sources," Adam Schefter tweeted.Frustrations boiled over during the first half as Hill was spotted looking visibly upset on the sidelines while Miami’s offense failed to find rhythm. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, now healthy after missing much of last season, was expected to reignite the Dolphins’ passing attack. Instead, Miami’s offense struggled to move the ball, leaving questions about whether the unit can bounce back in the weeks ahead.

No reset for Miami: Tyreek Hill remains key piece despite contract questions

Despite the offensive woes, Miami isn’t ready to hit the reset button.

General manager Chris Grier and head coach Mike McDaniel remain committed to keeping Hill at the center of the Dolphins’ plans. With Hill paired alongside Jaylen Waddle, Miami still boasts one of the most dynamic receiver duos in the league, but execution and chemistry with Tagovailoa must improve quickly. The lack of trade interest around the NFL also signals that teams may be wary of Hill’s contract and declining big-play numbers.

At 30 years old and carrying a significant salary cap hit, Hill isn’t an easy trade target despite his decorated résumé, which includes eight Pro Bowl appearances and a Super Bowl ring with the Kansas City Chiefs. Also Read: Patriots Robert Kraft expresses deep sorrow over Charlie Kirk’s death at 31: A true voice for civil dialogue gone too soonFor now, the Dolphins are choosing stability over drastic changes. If the struggles continue, the trade conversation could resurface later in the season, but as of now, Hill is staying put.
