The intensity of the NBA Finals reached beyond the hardwood Sunday night, as Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton’s girlfriend, Jade Jones, became a surprising focal point during Game 2 against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
With the Pacers trailing most of the night and struggling to find rhythm, Jones' courtside presence sparked attention as she was seen visibly reacting to the action and appearing to clash with Thunder fans midway through the third quarter.

The Indiana Pacers were trying to mount a comeback after a flat first half, and Jones remained an active supporter. Cameras caught her apparently taunting Thunder fans after Indiana hit a timely three-pointer to trim the lead to 14.
Though it wasn’t clear what was said, the animated moment lit up social media and injected a layer of drama into an already heated Finals series.
Haliburton, who came out a hero in Game 1, couldn't recapture the same magic this time. Despite a much-improved second half, the All-Star guard finished with 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting, including 3-of-8 from deep. He added six assists, three rebounds, and two steals, but also had five turnovers.
His plus-minus of -9 highlighted the Pacers’ struggles to match the Thunder’s pace in the 123–107 loss. While Haliburton’s performance cooled, Jones didn’t back down. Known for her vibrant courtside appearances, the former Iowa State cheerleader has been by Haliburton’s side throughout his rise. She made headlines in Game 1, too, donning custom jeans with Haliburton’s name stitched down the leg and waving Pacers towels with a friend as they skipped out of the Paycom Center.“3 more!!!!” Jones posted to her Instagram Story after Haliburton’s last-second winner in Game 1.
