Premier League side Chelsea appointed Dave Fallows to the club’s leadership, as he joins a unique setup that also consists of five other members.

Fallows will begin his new role on November 1 and his contract with the club goes on until 2031 and his focus will be on scouting, data, loans and player pathways.

The Sporting Leadership Team, headed by Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley, who will head up all aspects of the football department. 

The five-strong unit focused on the overall football department has been set up as an initiative into a shared accountability and collaboration rather than a single focal point
