UPSC CSE mains result 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Civil Services Examination (CSE) Main Result 2025 today, 11 November, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check and download the result from the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.A total of 2,736 candidates have qualified for the next stage of the selection process, which is the Personality Test (Interview). The results of three candidates have been withheld owing to pending court cases.
How to download UPSC CSE mains result 2025
Candidates can follow the steps given below to view their results:
- Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission at upsc.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link titled “Written Result – Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2025”.
- The result will open in a PDF format displaying the roll numbers of qualified candidates.
- Search for your roll number using the “Find” option (Ctrl + F).
- Download and save the PDF for future reference.

Documents required for the Personality Test
All shortlisted candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview. These include certificates supporting eligibility, educational qualification, reservation category (if applicable), community status, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, and Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) status.
Candidates must also carry the Travel Allowance (TA) form and other relevant documents as specified by the Commission.UPSC has instructed that candidates who have previously uploaded their required documents online and have no new information to update must log in again and verify their details. This verification step is mandatory to generate the e-summon letter for the Personality Test round.However, the Commission will not entertain any requests for modification in the information provided in the Online Application Form (OAF). Candidates may only inform the Commission of any change in address or contact details, if applicable, by sending an official communication through letter or email at [email protected].Candidates are advised to keep visiting the official UPSC website regularly for updates on the interview schedule and e-summon letter release.
