Vice-President to arrive in Kerala on two-day visit from Nov. 3

Vice-President C.P. Radhakrishnan will arrive in Kerala on a two-day visit on November 3. This will be Mr. Radhakrishnan’s maiden visit to the State after assuming office.

On November 3, the Vice-President will attend the diamomd jubilee celebrations of the Fatima Mata National College in Kollam. The college, a leading higher education institutions in the region, is marking 75 years of academic service. On the same day, Mr. Radhakrishnan will also interact with members of the Federation of Indian Coir Exporters Associations (FICEA) in Kollam.

On November 4, the Vice-President will visit the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) in Thiruvananthapuram. An institution of under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, the Institute focuses on high quality patient care, technology development of industrial significance and health research studies of social relevance.
