Ujwal U.J., Registrar (Evaluation) at Visvesvaraya Technological University, has opined that the world needs not only skilled professionals but also principled leaders and citizens with empathy.

He spoke at the Graduation Day programme of the 2023-25 batch of MBA, MCA, and M.Tech at JNN College of Engineering in Shivamogga on Saturday.
