Important dates and admission roundsFollowing the closure of the application window on 1 July, the merit list and the first round of seat allotments will be published on 5 July. Admitted candidates must complete the admission process between 5 July and 12 July. A further round of seat allotments for programme upgrades will be announced on 17 July, followed by the final admission window from 17 July to 20 July.Physical verification of documents at the allotted colleges is scheduled to take place between 24 July and 31 July.

Classes for the new academic session will begin on 1 August.Who is eligible to apply for WBCAP 2025Any student who has passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognised board or council is eligible to apply through the WBCAP 2025 portal.
