She shared that earlier, Stephen Curry used to have pasta on game day. Now, it is eliminated from his pre-game diet, thanks to her thoughtful intervention. Giving a sneak peek into the superstar’s diet, she shared that she has replaced pasta with other nutritious alternatives like a strawberry smoothie, avocado toast, etc. According to her, it has helped the Golden State Warriors’ pivot stay in good shape and maintain excellent energy levels during the games.Ayesha further shared that the change was introduced to complement his altered workout plan. So, the diet is designed to help the superstar meet nutritional requirements that vary according to the time of the day.

Talking to People about the same, she said:“For the majority of his career, I would make a game day pasta, and then the past four years, that shifted because he altered his workout a little bit and needed different nutrients at different times.
And now on game days when he’s home, I make him breakfast, but then we skip game day pasta.”Ayesha emphasized that the change was introduced to replace the carbohydrate content with nutrition-packed alternatives.
