Rockstar Games is having a very big problem right now. A protest took place outside a Rockstar office today. Later today, another protest will happen outside the Take-Two office in Paris.
Many game workers are coming together because more than 30 Rockstar workers were fired at the end of October. The workers say they were fired because they were trying to make a union. Rockstar says they were fired for talking about private company things in a public place.More than 220 Rockstar employees have now signed a letter asking Rockstar to give the fired workers their jobs back. This letter comes from the Independent Workers’ Union of Great Britain (IWGB).
The IWGB says this is “union busting,” and they want Rockstar to undo the firings. People in the UK Parliament are also looking at this issue. One MP has asked for a meeting to help the workers. Protests are happening in London, Edinburgh, and Paris.

The IWGB says the workers were fired because they tried to make a union. But Rockstar says the workers broke rules by sharing private company information. The union tried to talk to Rockstar, but Rockstar did not want to meet. So the union has now taken legal action.
