The Cryo Sport equipment focuses on muscle recovery by cooling the muscles and helping reduce swelling and cramps.According to the official website of the brand, the device costs around €5,497 (about $6,346). The product is promoted through AVACR7, a partnership between Cristiano Ronaldo’s personal brand CR7 and the recovery company Advanced Recovery for Athletes (AVA). The brand itself was founded by Brazilian entrepreneur Rodrigo Santana.Devices like this are used by professional athletes to help muscles relax and recover after heavy physical stress. Some football teams also use similar technology to help players stay fit during long seasons.Cristiano Ronaldo is believed to be aiming for a return later this month. Portugal has two friendly matches scheduled, one against Mexico on March 29 and another against the United States on March 31.
If recovery goes well, the veteran striker hopes to be fit in time for those games. However, there is still some uncertainty around his return. Al-Nassr head coach Jorge Jesus recently shared an update on the injury.Speaking to A Bola, Jorge Jesus said:“After undergoing tests, it became clear that the injury was more serious than anticipated, requiring rest and recovery. We hope he returns quickly to help the team.”Reports suggest Cristiano Ronaldo may need around four weeks to fully recover. That timeline means he could miss a few more matches before returning to the pitch.Even so, Cristiano Ronaldo appears focused on getting back to full fitness. The Portuguese star is still one of the key leaders for his national team as they prepare for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which could possibly be the final World Cup of his long and historic career.
