Janki Bodiwala, who appeared in Ajay Devgn’s film Shaitaan, has been making headlines for her performance. The actress played the daughter of Ajay Devgn and Jyotika, whose character becomes a victim of R Madhavan’s sinister role.Shaitaan is the Hindi remake of the Gujarati film Vash, in which Bodiwala had originally portrayed the same role and earned praise for her performance. In a throwback interview, Bodiwala revealed that working on the Hindi version was a major learning experience, particularly while shooting intense scenes with Devgn. She recalled feeling nervous during one sequence, until the actor encouraged her by saying, “Push me directly… only then will the audience feel the rage.

Janki recalls feeling nervous on set
In an interview with The Free Press Journal, the 28-year-old actress recalled the scene where she had to get into a physical altercation with Ajay. She admitted feeling nervous before the shoot, but shared how the actor went out of his way to make her feel comfortable on set.“There was this scene where I had to push Ajay sir very hard, and I was quite nervous. So I only acted like I was pushing him, but he asked me, 'Why are you acting? Push me directly.
Only then will the audience feel the scene and the energy, the rage,'" she said and added that the actor was very sporty about it.She recalled him telling her that "it was all a part of our job and there was nothing wrong with it."Recalling her scene of slapping the superstar, she said, "I didn't really hit him but we followed the actor's technique where we only gesture that we were doing it, but he was very focused on making me comfortable and I loved that."
