Tommy explained that when they first started dating, they agreed their work and home lives would have nothing to do with each other, but he soon realized he couldn’t find someone he trusted more than Clare.

Clare then gave birth to their son, Franklin ("Frankie") Fleetwood, in September of that same year. Clare also had two sons from a previous relationship, Oscar and Mo, who are both now immersed in golf and frequently accompany Tommy to tournaments.

The two, who have been an item since 2003, have been eviscerating the gossip mill whenever the age gap chatter arises. They never had a problem with it, although Tommy said they do get comments every once in a while. He jokingly suggested that maybe it would go unquestioned if the other way around.
